Ok?… Then, we can go to the museum to look at some pictures. You’re going to really like that, right?… Then… Then, we can go to the beach. You can breathe in some fresh air. Or the park, you can pick. And then… we can go for ice cream, or frozen yogurt ’cause that’s healthier… What do you say, mama?”
…What do I say? What can I say? … Only one thought came when my daughter woke me up with these words. I can only say, that I am blessed. And that she is my true Mt. Everest. And that if I had a masterpiece, that would be IT… She is the mirror that shows me the real beauty of life. She’s the mirror that holds up my goodness and my flaws. She’s my original life changer. She’s my reason for everything…. Yeah, I guess, that’s what I would say…
And even though we didn’t get to do all the activities she planned, we had a lovely Mother’s day, doing what we love doing the most. Being together.
