I don’t want the heavy and the dark.
The sadness and the brokenness.
I let go.
I release the burdens of the soul.
I let go.
I reach for the light and the joy of peace and serenity.
I breathe in the beauty and the grace of all living energies surrounding my existence.
I create the reality of which I choose to live by following my heart’s dreams and desires to bring happiness and fulfillment.
I let go of everything and everyone that interrupts or diverges the flow of this manifestation.
With an open heart and body, mind and soul- I welcome all goodness, love and kindness.
It flows out of me and it returns to me.
For I am as he is, who stands in front of me.
The mirror reflects the soul of which I shine.
And thus my life is… just as I am.
