Meditation Practice.

This week I’m trying a new meditation mantra. It has been introduced to me by my dear friend. After just a couple of days, I’m already feeling the calming and nurturing effects on my mind, body and soul.

-Breathe in deep with the word “compassion” in your thoughts. Visualize what compassion might look/feel like to you.

-Exhale with the word “kindness” (or any other emotion/act that connects with you, such as peace, love, gratitude, etc.)

In practice it looks like this – breathe in compassion and exhale kindness. Breathe in compassion, exhale kindness… Breathe in compassion, exhale kindness.

I find this mantra very relaxing and an organic segue to my deeper meditation state. 

Grateful for being able to learn something new. Welcoming expansion, growth and sinker into a fuller, more meaningful existence.
