There are moments in life when everything stops, and a wave of terrifying possibilities flood your mind… Yesterday, my daughter and I were playing in her room. She accidently jumped off the bed and landed on her back, hitting her head. For a second, she didn’t move, didn’t cry, didn’t do anything. As I picked her up, she began to scream of pain or more like panic. I held her tight, and that’s when the mind goes to places you never though existed. I began to imagine the worst, worst things possible, and I, myself, couldn’t stop crying. What would happen if…if…if…. After we all calmed down and she was checked for concussions, I realized one important fact: One is not enough. I want more children.
